Zesty Cumin Syrup Recipe

Ingredients:

40ml Fruitaco Zesty Cumin Syrup
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
1 lime
Club soda or tonic water
Ice cubes
Lime wedges (for garnish)
Cumin seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:

In a small skillet or pan, dry roast the cumin seeds over medium heat until fragrant.
This process helps release the aromatic oils and enhances the flavor of the cumin. Allow the roasted cumin seeds to cool.
Crush the cooled cumin seeds using a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder to form a coarse powder.
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from both halves into a glass.
Add the crushed cumin seeds and Fruitaco Zesty Cumin Syrup to the glass. Stir well.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Top it off with club soda or tonic water, stirring gently to mix all the ingredients.
